Page 20. Tried a new technique for lineart here. Its faster to finish but loses a bit of crispness. Can anyone notice? xD

Could not notice a loss in crispness.

Question: What resolution and tools do you use for the lineart?

Well for this process, I ink traditionally, scan it, clean up the lines a bit, then vectorize them using Adobe Illustrator's Live Trace function.

For the previous 19 pages I vectored them all manually with the pen tool ^_^;

Ah, thanks. I've been using the pen tool for digital inking in Photoshop since I don't have Illustrator and it seems like a really roundabout way to do things. Just wondering if there was anyone else out there doing the same thing, but maybe with a faster method.
